Cancellation Protocol

TMS will cancel your surgery for the following reasons

  • You do not meet TMS’ established patient criteria for surgery.
  • Your insurance has not authorized the surgery to be performed.
  • You are unable to pay your portion of the center fee. Please see our payment options tab
  • Anesthesiologist or surgeon find abnormalities in your pre-surgical lab results.
  • Our staff is unable to obtain your medical history via One Medical Passport, in person, or over the phone by 3PM the day prior to surgery (Friday for Monday surgeries).
