Financial Policy 
We accept cash, checks, and Visa, Mastercard, or Discover cards. We also accept Care Credit. Please call us for more information about our Care Credit program. Our financial policy states the balance should be paid in full within 90 days of the insurance payment. We may offer an extended payment plan. We require the payment of copayments and deductibles prior to the surgery date. We estimate what the insurance company will pay; however this may be more or less than the amount received.
